  1. What size should I order?
    Every product page has a “Size Guide” with body measurements in both inches and centimetres. If you’re between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size for a relaxed fit.
  2. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address.
  3. How long does delivery take?
    Standard: 5–8 business days domestically, 8–15 business days internationally.
    Express: 2–4 business days domestically, 4–6 business days internationally.
    These windows do not include 1–2 business days of order processing time.
  4. Can I change or cancel my order?
    Orders can be changed or cancelled within 60 minutes of placement. Click “Chat with us” or email support@[yourdomain].com with your order number and we’ll help you out.
  5. What’s your return policy?
    Items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Return labels are provided free of charge in the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia.
  6. How soon will I get my refund?
    Once your return reaches our warehouse, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s done.
  7. Do you offer exchanges?
    Yes. Use the return portal to select “Exchange” and pick the new size or colour. We ship the replacement as soon as the original item is scanned by the carrier.
  8. Are your materials sustainable?
    Over 70 % of our collection is made from certified organic cotton, LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose or recycled polyester. Look for the “Responsible” badge on product pages.
  9. How do I care for my clothes?
    Wash cold (30 °C), hang dry when possible, and avoid tumble-drying to extend garment life. Specific instructions are printed on the inner care label.
  10. I have a discount code—where do I enter it?
    Click “Checkout,” then “Show order summary” on mobile (or look to the right on desktop). Type or paste your code into the “Gift card or discount code” box and hit “Apply.”
