Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns
    1.1 You may return most physical items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    1.2 Perishable goods, gift cards, digital products, intimate or sanitary items, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
    1.3 To start a return, email support@[yourdomain].com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address within 2 business days.
    1.4 Securely pack the item, write the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it back within 7 calendar days of receiving the RA. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping the receipt; we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  2. Refunds
    2.1 Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation of approval or rejection.
    2.2 Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs (if any) are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
    2.3 If you used a gift card or store credit, the refund will be re-issued as store credit.
  3. Exchanges
    3.1 We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchanges due to size, color, or preference, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
  4. Late or Missing Refunds
    4.1 If 10 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund, first check with your bank or card issuer. Then contact us at support@[yourdomain].com and we will trace the transaction.
  5. Return Shipping Costs
    5.1 Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for return shipping. Original outbound shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  6. Policy Changes
    We may update this policy at any time; the version posted on our website at the time of purchase applies to your order.
